03 · Treatment schedule

A rhythm that fits
the school year.

Most kid healthcare isn't emergencies. It's the quiet stuff — a monthly ADHD check-in, a broken inhaler, a sports physical before tryouts. We've built the cadence around how schools actually run.

04 · Behind the care

Quiet infrastructure.
Serious medicine.

Beneath the friendly nurse's office is a full clinical operation. Protocols authored by a Medical Director. A physician a text away. A HIPAA-compliant chart for every visit. A parent update before the student returns to class.

None of it is visible to the kids. All of it shapes the care they get.

Good healthcare should feel unremarkable. The work happens quietly — and that's the point. — The SkoolDoc team
05 · Clinical leadership

The doctors behind every decision.

Real physicians. Real hospitals. Real experience. Not a network, not a referral line — the same people who supervise protocols, review records, and take the call when something's off.

06 · What admins ask

Real questions. Straight answers.

The questions we hear every time — compiled from hundreds of conversations with school administrators. If yours isn't here, call us.

So the school doesn't employ the nurses?
Correct. SkoolDoc employs them directly — payroll, benefits, licensing, HR, scheduling, sick-day coverage. Your school signs one agreement with us. We do everything else.
What happens if something goes wrong clinically?
We carry full professional liability coverage. Your school is named as an additional insured. Every clinical protocol is pre-written by our Medical Director and reviewed by counsel. If there's ever a dispute, it's ours — not yours.
How is parent consent handled?
We collect it ourselves through a digital portal at the start of the year. Every parent, every student, every signature. You don't print forms, chase signatures, or store paperwork. And parents get a direct line to our team — not the school office.
What about something the nurse can't handle?
Our RNs have physician backup on call 24/7. Broken arms, unusual symptoms, anything outside scope — the nurse calls the Medical Director, we arrange the referral, call the parent, and drive the handoff. Nothing lands on your staff.
Do we need to give you a clinic room?
Whatever you have, we'll work with. An existing nurse's office gets a full upgrade from us. No space at all? We drop in a branded clinical booth that needs less floor area than a vending machine. We'll walk your building and tell you exactly what fits.
How quickly can we launch?
Two to four weeks from signed agreement to first day of care. We hire your nurses, fit out the space, run the consent drive, train the team, and do a soft-launch week. By the time students arrive, it feels like SkoolDoc has always been there.
A quiet promise

Breathe easy.

The small moments of a school day, handled with the care they deserve. No scrambling. No gaps. No guesswork. Just steady, everyday medicine — right where your students spend their time.

The next step

Let's have a conversation.

We'll walk through your school, answer your questions, and share what an on-campus program might look like. No pressure — and no obligation to decide anything on the call.
